Tell us about your event
Date, location and guest count. We'll confirm we're free and send your quote.

Lock in your date
Pay a 50% deposit at least 10 days before the event, and the rest on the day. You buy the alcohol and supplies, and we'll help you figure out what and how much to get.

We arrive early, set up, serve responsibly and clean up when it's over.

Simple, honest pricing
You provide the alcohol and bar supplies, so you pay store prices with no markup. We provide the bartenders and the know-how. Your price is based on how many guests you're expecting.

Meet Henry & Maria
Henry is a Waco bartender with 14+ years behind the bar. Together, he and Maria run Henry's Bartending Services, bringing that experience to weddings, parties and events across Central Texas.
They both love working with a crowd, and at every event their goal is the same: give the best service and make sure everyone has a great time.

Good questions
Do you provide the alcohol or bar supplies?
No. You (or your venue) provide the alcohol, ice, cups, mixers and garnishes, and we handle everything behind the bar. You pay store prices with no markup, and we'll help you figure out what and how much to buy.
Are you TABC certified?
Yes. We're TABC certified and serve responsibly, so you can relax and enjoy your event.
How much does it cost?
Events start at $500 for 5–6 hours of service, and your final price depends on your guest count. Send us your details or give us a call and we'll put together a quote.
How far will you travel?
We're based in Waco and travel up to 100 miles. Travel is free within 15 miles of Waco, then $0.75 per mile.
How do I book, and is there a deposit?
Once we confirm your date and quote, a 50% deposit holds it. The deposit needs to be paid at least 10 days before your event, and you can pay it through Cash App. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
How many bartenders do we need?
Each of our bartenders can serve up to 250 guests. Tell us your guest count and we'll recommend the right setup in your quote.
